Paid online when you book, it comes off the price of the session: you settle the rest at the salon.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
Something came up? Cancel from the link in your confirmation email and the deposit is returned.
An email reminder the day before
Twenty-four hours before your session, an email reminds you of the time and the address.
Deposit kept for late cancellations
Less than 24 hours before, the time can no longer be offered to someone else, so the deposit is kept.
